Coaching Services
I’ve been coaching disc golf since 2019, first as a side thing while teaching PE, now full-time. I work with players from complete beginners to intermediate competitors — basically anyone who wants to improve and is willing to do the work.
Here’s what I offer:
Video Form Review
$45 per review
You send me video of your throw (instructions provided after purchase). I send back a detailed breakdown: what you’re doing well, what’s costing you distance or accuracy, and specific drills to fix the issues I identify.
Most useful for: players who know something’s wrong but can’t figure out what. Fresh eyes catch things you can’t see from inside your own body.
Turnaround is usually 3-5 days. You get a video response plus written notes you can reference.
Purchase Video Form Review →
Online Lesson (60 minutes)
$80 per session
Live video call where we work on whatever you need. I’ll have you throw in real-time so I can give immediate feedback, or we can review your footage together and break down specific issues. Good for going deeper than the form review, asking questions, building a practice plan.
Most useful for: players who want interactive coaching but can’t meet in person. We can cover form, shot selection, course management, mental game, whatever’s relevant to your situation.
Sessions are scheduled via Calendly after purchase.
In-Person Coaching (Portland Area)
$100 per 90-minute session
We meet at a local course (usually Pier Park or Milo McIver) and work through your game on real holes. I can see your throws in person, adjust your form in real-time, demonstrate what I’m talking about. This is the most effective format if you can swing it.
Most useful for: players in the Portland metro area who want hands-on coaching. We can focus on drives, approaches, putting, whatever you need most.
Limited availability — I take maybe 4-5 in-person clients per week.

Training Plans
$150 for 8-week plan
A structured practice program built around your goals and schedule. Includes video review to establish baseline, weekly drills with specific time commitments, check-ins to track progress, and adjustments based on what’s working.
Most useful for: players who want accountability and structure. You’re not just doing random practice — you’re following a progression designed for your specific weaknesses.

What I Don’t Do
I don’t pretend to be a touring pro. I’m a 932-rated player with a teaching background, not someone who’s competed at elite levels. If you’re already shooting 1000-rated golf and want to get to 1030, I’m probably not your coach. But if you’re trying to break 900, clean up your form, or figure out why you’re plateaued — that’s exactly where I can help.
I also don’t do hype or marketing speak. If your form is fine and you just need reps, I’ll tell you that. If buying new discs won’t fix your problem, I’ll tell you that too. You’re paying for honest feedback, not validation.
Questions?
Hit me up through the contact page if you’re not sure which option is right for you. I’m happy to chat about what you’re working on and whether coaching makes sense.
